Grandview Terrace

KMA’s renovation of Grandview Terrace, a 16-story senior affordable housing community in Jersey City, brings modern comfort and functionality to 283 apartment homes. Interior upgrades include new kitchen cabinetry, countertops, stainless steel appliances, energy-efficient lighting, and water-conserving fixtures. The apartment homes feature warm, neutral finishes, durable materials, and natural light to create calming, functional living spaces. Shared spaces received new flooring, paint, and accessibility enhancements, while the redesigned lobby creates a brighter, more welcoming entry experience. At the heart of the transformation is the new Sky Lounge with sweeping views of New York City through new storefront windows. Clear wayfinding, simplified layouts, and quality finishes contribute to a welcoming environment.
